| Issue: | The manufaturer has become aware of a problem affecting certain versions of the IntelePACS Image Lifecycle Manager (ILM). ILM allows administrators to define rules that select studies as deletion candidates based on criteria such as organisation, modality, and study age. When a rule condition includes multiple values, the system may use partial matching rather than requiring an exact match. As an example, if the rule is intended to match organisations ABC or DEF for deletion, organisation ABCD may also be identified for deletion. This may result in the unintended deletion of studies from your IntelePACS instance, which may confound the interpretation of a current study and result in misdiagnosis, a delay in diagnosis or treatment, or require additional imaging. |
