| Issue: | The manufacturer has become aware of an exposed sharp edge inside the SIGNA Artist Evo and SIGNA Artist electronics cabinet that could damage power cables, which may potentially cause an electrical fault. If the electrical fault is present and the cabinet door is opened while the system is powered, this could potentially result in an arc flash that could lead to serious injury to service personnel in immediate proximity. The issue would only present itself during servicing activities involving the electronics cabinet. The electronics cabinet is located within the equipment room and should only be accessed by qualified service personnel. |
