| Issue: | The manufacturer has become aware of a problem affecting certain versions of IntelePACS -InteleConnect Portal and Technologist Portal. Following an update to Chromium-based web browsers (for example, Google Chrome 152, Microsoft Edge 152) in late August, the Physician Portal Case Viewer may display a report from a previously viewed study alongside images from the currently selected study. The report panel may not refresh correctly when navigating between studies. Both the report and the study may appear under the same patient identifiers without any indication that the report does not match the displayed images. This could result in misdiagnosis, delayed or incorrect patient treatment. |
