| Issue: | The manufacturer has identified a labelling error regarding the carton (tube box) for some of the items in this lot number 260311E. The product supplied is Tooth Mousse Plus-Strawberry. This has been correctly packaged in the Tooth Mousse Plus-Strawberry tube, outer 10 pack box, and Instructions for Use for Tooth Mousse Plus. However, some of the tube box containing the Tooth Mousse Plus tube, may be incorrect as it is labelled as a Tooth Mousse box. Tooth Mousse Plus has fluoride, whereas Tooth Mousse is fluoride-free. The tube is correctly labelled for Tooth Mousse Plus, with the ingredients list, fluoride content, and warnings not to use in children under 6 years of age; not for overnight use in children under 12 years of age. Tooth Mousse Box shares the same overall warnings; however it is missing the fluoride content labelling and warnings for age restriction for Tooth Mousse Plus. |
