| Issue: | Following a recent incident, it was identified that a GH1 F lifting module, which did not have the required software update and had an incorrectly installed Click Lock, fell onto a patient. This may occur when the deinstallation is initiated and the installation cord is loosened without the GH1 F lifting module being released from the Click lock. In this case, the GH1 F lifting module could fall by the length of the loosened cord and in rare cases hit a patient or staff. |
