| Issue: | The manufacturer has identified that the bolts securing the leg-spread actuators to the lifter frame can gradually loosen over time with regular use. If not addressed, this may lead to bolt detachment. As a result, one or both legs may become decoupled from the actuators and move freely when push or pull forces are applied to manoeuvre the lifter. If this occurs, users may experience difficulties when moving the lifter - whether or not a patient is suspended. The lifter may veer or pull noticeably toward the affected leg when force is applied, impacting safe and controlled operation. |
