Pharmacovigilance Opportunity (Full time, Permanent)

The Clinical Risk Management Branch of Medsafe is looking for a motivated individual who has the desire to contribute to the enhancement of medicines safety in New Zealand.

The Clinical Risk Management Branch is responsible for assessing and managing clinical risk associated with medicines pre- and post-market.

This role involves contributing to pharmacovigilance activities, which includes identifying safety issues, conducting benefit-risk assessments, responding to requests and queries from stakeholders and contributing to technical publications.

This is a full time, permanent role located in Wellington.

The successful applicant is likely to have had previous experience in:

A pharmacy, pharmacology, medical or health sciences-related tertiary qualification is desirable. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
