To register, please first read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Any use of the service by you or a nominee is subject to these conditions of use.
You will be taken to have accepted these service terms and conditions, when you first use the services of the website.
Medsafe or the service provider may change the functionality or content of the service. Any changes will be notified prior to the changes taking place.
You agree Medsafe or the service provider will give access to the services to anyone who provides a valid identification and password.
You agree that access to your user account on the Dietary Supplements database by you or your nominee is your responsibility.
You agree to keep your organisation’s passwords safe and secure. In particular you agree:
You agree to change your password the first time you use the Dietary Supplements Database and at frequent intervals thereafter. Medsafe strongly recommends that you do not use an obvious word, name, date, or vehicle details or any other combination that is directly associated with yourself.
You agree to immediately tell Medsafe if you suspect the security of a User ID or password has been compromised.
If security is compromised, immediately contact Dietary Supplement Database Support 0800 266 380 or email: @moh.govt.nz
Medsafe or the service provider may cancel your access to the service at any time without notice if we believe the access is being used, or will be used, in a way that will cause losses to you, to other users, or to Medsafe.
Medsafe and the service provider will take such reasonable precautions as may be necessary to ensure that information transmitted by them through the service will remain confidential and protected from unauthorised access, but will not otherwise be liable for any unauthorised access by any means to that information.
Changes to user account details are primarily your responsibility and should be kept up-to-date. However, Medsafe may at any time correct inaccurate information, or add other information that should be contained in the database.
Medsafe will not be liable for any loss or damage in connection with any use of the service unless the loss or damage is directly attributable to Medsafe’s conduct.
Medsafe may change these terms and conditions at any time. Medsafe must notify you of any such changes before they are implemented.
