Changes to the service

Medsafe or the service provider may change the functionality or content of the service. Any changes will be notified prior to the changes taking place.

Access to the service

You agree Medsafe or the service provider will give access to the services to anyone who provides a valid identification and password.

You agree that access to your user account on the Dietary Supplements database by you or your nominee is your responsibility.

Security of your password

You agree to keep your organisation’s passwords safe and secure. In particular you agree:

You agree to change your password the first time you use the Dietary Supplements Database and at frequent intervals thereafter. Medsafe strongly recommends that you do not use an obvious word, name, date, or vehicle details or any other combination that is directly associated with yourself.

You agree to immediately tell Medsafe if you suspect the security of a User ID or password has been compromised.

Cancellation of access

Medsafe or the service provider may cancel your access to the service at any time without notice if we believe the access is being used, or will be used, in a way that will cause losses to you, to other users, or to Medsafe.

Precautions

Medsafe and the service provider will take such reasonable precautions as may be necessary to ensure that information transmitted by them through the service will remain confidential and protected from unauthorised access, but will not otherwise be liable for any unauthorised access by any means to that information.

Account information

Changes to user account details are primarily your responsibility and should be kept up-to-date. However, Medsafe may at any time correct inaccurate information, or add other information that should be contained in the database.

Liability

Medsafe will not be liable for any loss or damage in connection with any use of the service unless the loss or damage is directly attributable to Medsafe’s conduct.

Changes to these terms and conditions

Medsafe may change these terms and conditions at any time. Medsafe must notify you of any such changes before they are implemented.
